The shipping origin is shown on every product page. “Ships from US warehouse” means the item is stocked in the United States; it does not mean it was manufactured there.
We currently deliver to United States addresses only. Shipping is free, with no minimum order.
The current collection has estimated transit windows of 3–8 business days, depending on the warehouse. Allow another 1–2 business days for processing. Review the estimate on your chosen product. Products from different warehouses require separate checkouts.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending a return. Items must be unused and in original condition. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect goods. See Delivery & Returns for the full policy.
